The two-day training organized by HR Partners company and our partner Odos Consulting from Belgrade is highly interactive, offers insights into the unconscious parts of the leadership role we carry, offers support, understanding and practical tools for further successful management. The training was designed and implemented by two women, certified system organizational consultants with more than 10 years of work in this field.

The training is carefully designed with the idea of giving women leaders a wider framework in the complexity of the role of managing people today and to equip them with various tools for further self-awareness and overcoming obstacles of all kinds in the team. It is said that if we do not discover unconscious parts of our personality, they will control us. And not in a positive sense. The same goes for our role at work and for (non) awareness of the unconscious parts of our team!
